Central Luzon deputy police chief named new head of Highway Patrol Group

MANILA, Philippines — Police Regional Office Central Luzon (PRO 3) Deputy Director for Administration Brig. Gen. Rommel Batangan has been designated the new acting director of the Philippine National Police Highway Patrol Group (PNP HPG). This came through the order of PNP chief Gen.
