MANILA, Philippines — The Marcos administration has secured a grant of about P1.8 billion from Australia to fund programs aimed at improving the Philippines’ ease of doing business and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises . Through the Department of Finance (DOF), the Australian $45-million grant will be implemented under a flagship initiative of Canberra.
