CEBU CITY — The Cebu provincial government has ordered a temporary reduction in terminal fees for public utility vehicles (PUVs) using Capitol-operated bus terminals, aiming to cushion the impact of rising fuel prices on transport operators and commuters. The three-month measure, which took effect on March 25 and will run until June 24 this year, was announced by Governor Pamela Baricuatro during a regular press briefing on Wednesday at the Capitol.
