ARAU, March 26 (Bernama) -- The Raja of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail, today graced a special Al-Istisqa’ prayer for rain, joined by nearly 1,000 state leaders and residents at the Dataran Istiadat, Istana Arau.
