CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu will continue to experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms through Thursday afternoon and into Friday, March 27, even as earlier heavy rains gave way to cloudy conditions, state weather bureau Pagasa said.
