CEBU CITY, Philippines — John Melquizedek Mercado Mayoral, a Cebu-based electronics engineering student, has secured a spot among the top performers in the March 2026 Electronics Technicians (ECT) Licensure Exams, placing third nationwide with a rating of 92.00 percent.
