CCR rejects AUR’s complaints regarding the state budget and social security budget for 2026

The Constitutional Court of Romania has unanimously rejected the objections of unconstitutionality formulated by senators of the Alliance for the Unity of Romanians (AUR) regarding the State Budget Law for 2026 and the State Social Security Budget Law.
