Pagasa: Hot, humid Friday with isolated rains likely

MANILA, Philippines — Warm and humid conditions will continue across the country over the next several days due to the prevailing easterlies, the state weather bureau said Friday. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the easterlies will continue to affect the country in the next five days. The easterlies, or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean, will bring generally fair but humid weather nationwide with chances of isolated light rains in the Visayas and Mindanao.
