KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 (Bernama) -- The Ministry of Health (MOH) has reintroduced the Hospital Services Outsourcing Programme (HSOP) at Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) to ease congestion and reduce waiting times for patients requiring magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services.
