MANILA, Philippines — The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has warned the public against dealing with three entities found to be soliciting investments without the required license. Such actions were cited to be in violation of Republic Act No. 8799, or the Securities Regulation Code (SRC). MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Traffic officials in Mandaue City are preparing to reconfigure traffic light timers across more than 20 intersections following a planned comprehensive traffic study. Hyll Retuya, head of the Traffic Enforcement Agency of Mandaue (TEAM), said adjustments to traffic light timers are necessary as vehicle volume continues to increase over the years.
