MANILA, Philippines – MANILA, Philippines – Two consecutive earthquakes with magnitudes 4.5 (downgraded from 4.6) and 4.0 (downgraded from 4.3) shook Bogo City, Cebu, three minutes apart from each other, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) recorded. The magnitude 4.5 earthquake was recorded at 3:55 p.m., in an area 22 kilometers northeast of Bogo City, Phivolcs said.
