
'Ramil' slows over Sea of Sorsogon but storm signals still up over parts of Luzon, Visayas
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration ((Pagasa) said that tropical storm "Ramil" decelerated while moving over the Sea of Sorsogon. In its 11 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said the center of "Ramil" was over the coastal waters of Palapag, Northern Samar. It was moving west southwestward at 20 kilometers per hour, with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. The following areas are under Signal No. 2: 1.
