MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-wong) is “rapidly intensifying” as it moves closer to Catanduanes province, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its latest bulletin on early Sunday morning.
