CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu City has deployed a team from its disaster office to Iligan City, Lanao del Norte to support relief and recovery operations in areas affected by Tropical Storm Basyang. Personnel from Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CCDRRMO) are already engaged in clearing and post-storm response work as of early this week.
