OWWA aids mother of slain child in Silay attack
BACOLOD CITY—The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) has extended assistance to the mother of a nine-year-old girl who was killed in an attack at their home in Hacienda Badiang, Barangay E. Lopez, Silay City, an incident that also left her two other children injured. The mother, an active OWWA member who had worked in Saudi Arabia for eight months, returned to the country following the tragedy.
