Fast food diplomacy - Trump orders 'hamburgers for all' in surprise pit stop at Texas Whataburger

"US President Donald Trump made a surprise visit to a Whataburger in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Friday afternoon, where employees presented him with a souvenir table number tent marked 47. Footage shows Trump entering the restaurant alongside officials and Texas Senator Ted Cruz, greeted by cheers and applause from customers and staff. "Hello, everybody. Did you all like the State of the Union?" Trump asked the crowd. "Did you like the fact that the Democrats never stood up, even for a child? It's unbelievable. It is. They're crazy." "I'm going to order something, okay. You ready? Can you handle this? Hamburgers for all," the President later offered. "Nice to see everybody here. Corpus Christi likes me, and Texas likes me. [...] I'm going to get some stuff for Air Force One, and I'm going to get the hell out of here. Hamburgers for the whole place!" The impromptu stop followed Trump's visit to the Port of Corpus Christi, where the United States received its first shipment of Venezuelan oil."
