Sharon Stone Uses Acceptance Speech To Call Out Rude ‘Kids’ At The Ceremony: ‘F**k You!’

Sharon Stone speaks onstage during the 2026 Astra Film Awards earlier this month. Sharon Stone doesn’t need an ice pick to murder …someone’s ego. The Basic Instinct star got revenge on some tablemates at the Astra Awards last week, after they apparently didn’t recognise her and even went as far as accusing her of stealing her seat. According to footage uploaded to YouTube , Sharon used her acceptance speech to call them out. “To the kids at my table who wondered, ‘Who the fuck took that chair?’ Now you know,” the Casino star said at the top of her speech. “Yeah, someone came over and said, ‘Who are you and why are you sitting here?’,” Sharon added. In response, the audience gasped as the Oscar nominee appeared incredulous. “As she said, ‘Fuck you!’,” Sharon retorted. The Emmy-winning performer did not name who these tablemates were. HuffPost has reached out to Sharon Stone and the Astra Awards for more information. Sharon then went on to urge her tablemates to channel their status as public figures into something more positive. “More importantly, and more to the point, I’d like to say welcome to you. And I’d like to say, this is an opportunity [...] because I started my activism work when my fame kicked in. And I’d like to give you an opportunity to start your activism work now that your consciousness has kicked in,” Sharon said. “Because fame without awareness, success without purpose, is pointless,” she continued. Sharon has been a very dedicated advocate for AIDS research, and has been involved with amfAR (American Foundation for AIDS Research) for decades. During her sprawling, nearly 10-minute speech, she also covered her childhood, career and what it means to her to be a “decent” person. Stone speaks at an amfAR gala in 2014 in Cap d'Antibes, France. But, she sure didn’t forget about the diss she got earlier in the night, and circled back to tablemates at the end of her speech. Sharon told the audience to “carry home someone you’re proud of, and you, too, will be timeless, whether the people at your table know who you are or not”. “Here’s what I’m going to tell you,” Sharon concluded, while pointing at her table. “You know who I am now.” In 2024, Stone opened up to Good Morning Britain about her career fizzling out after taking a hiatus from Hollywood following a stroke and subsequent brain hemorrhage that almost killed her in 2001. “I was sort of hurt that the world moved on without me,” she said, while also admitting she has “kind of gotten over it” by now. But if her speech last week was any indication, she may still feel some of that sting. Pamela Anderson Says It Was 'Yucky' Being Near Seth Rogen At Golden Globes After Pam & Tommy

Pamela Anderson didn’t mince words about how she felt about one possible close encounter at Sunday night’s Golden Globes. Speaking to Andy Cohen for his Sirius XM show, Pamela said that she left the show and “went right to bed” after presenting an award during the ceremony – admitting that she high-tailed it partially to avoid Seth Rogen , who produced and starred in Pam & Tommy , a 2022 miniseries about the fallout over a stolen sex tape she made in the mid-1990s with then-husband Tommy Lee. The former Baywatch star, who had no involvement in the miniseries, previously called its existence “salt in the wound” and claimed that Seth still owes her “a public apology”, a notion she reiterates to Andy in the upcoming interview, which will air in full on 20 January. “I just felt like, ‘Eh.’ You know? Like, how can someone make a TV series out of the difficult times in your life, and ‘I’m a living, breathing human being over here’,” she said. When Andy asked Pamela if she ran into Seth at the Globes, she said that she felt “weird” seeing him after he made the series. “I may have just felt like, ’I’m not chopped liver over here’,” she explained. “I felt a little bit weird about it. “And I felt like you know – I’ve been so busy working. I’ve done five movies in the last year. So, I’ve just been busy, but sometimes it hits you, and you feel kind of down.” Pamela said the whole thing “felt like a little yucky”, but held out hopes that “eventually, hopefully he will, maybe he’ll reach out to me and apologise”. “Not that that matters,” she added. Pamela Anderson and Seth Rogen both attended the 2026 Golden Globes last week After Andy suggested an apology from Seth might “mean something” to her, Pamela pointed out that her feelings about the whole situation remain complicated. “Well, you are free game. When you are a public person, they say you have no right to privacy. But your darkest, deepest secrets or your tragedies in your life shouldn’t be fair game for [a] TV series. That pissed me off a little bit,” she claimed. Andy then asked Pamela if she had wanted to give Seth a “death stare” at the Globes or just “look away”. “I mean, you’re kind of already tiptoeing around it. It’s so uncomfortable being around everybody there,” she replied. “A lot of those people [are] even from Malibu days, so I still don’t feel like I belong in those rooms. I feel like, you know, uncomfortable.” So while Pamela didn’t, as she put it, “make a beeline for Rogen”, she did confront him in her mind. “And [I] really told him how I felt. So I’m sitting there in my seat just going — you know?” Pamela explained while demonstrating her hard stare to Seth. You can see the exchange below. In the last few years, Pamela has made no secret of her disdain for the Pam & Tommy project – but has also insisted that she harboured no ill feelings towards Lily herself .
