Для организатора преступления обвинение дополнительно включает статьи 275 (госизмена), 281.2 (прохождение обучения диверсионной деятельности), часть первую статьи 281.1 (содействие диверсии) и часть третью статьи 207 (заведомо ложное сообщение о готовящемся взрыве, повлекшее причинение крупного ущерба) УК РФ. Подсудимым назначили наказание в виде лишения свободы на сроки от 6 до 12 лет. "
